In addition to the anime announcement, Blue Archive also revealed a new promotional video:

Blue Archive is a role-playing mobile gacha game developed by the Korean game studio Nexon, a subsidiary Nexon Games (formerly known as NAT Games), and Yostar Japan. The game was initially released on February 4, 2021, in Japan and Nexon published the global version on November 8, 2021. The game is free to play with optional in-app purchases.

The story takes place in the academy city of Kivotos, which was established by the union of thousands of academies. The players of the game take the role of a sensei who will guide a group of students from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as Schale. As the city’s newest club, the General Student Council requests assistance from them in order to keep the city of Kivotos away from danger.
