The results of our second weekly Fall 2022 anime rankings are out, and Chainsaw Man came out on top after its episode 1. It was a close fight with BLEACH, with only a 0.13% difference between the two. A total of 18,996 people voted this week, and The Eminence in Shadow managed to rank third ahead of Spy x Family and BLUE LOCK. You can check out the top 10 graphic below:
Top 10 Anime of the Week 2 | Fall 2022 – Chainsaw Man Ranks First After Episode 1
The stacked Fall 2022 anime season was bound to have more competitive rankings than some of the previous seasons, and Chainsaw Man’s strong premiere gave it the narrow win in its first week. Each of the shows is only getting started, and it’s exciting to think about which shows might be able to disturb the top 2 this season, considering the hype surrounding them

Denji is a teenage boy living with a Chainsaw Devil named Pochita. Due to the debt his father left behind, he has been living a rock-bottom life while repaying his debt by harvesting devil corpses with Pochita.
One day, Denji is betrayed and killed. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and gets revived as “Chainsaw Man”–a man with a devil’s heart.
