Akane Kinoshita, the main heroine of the upcoming romance anime Loving Yamada at Lv999 got a special trailer on Wednesday. The character is voiced by Inori Minase. Studio MADHOUSE is animating the series which premieres on April 1.
The series revealed character visuals last week which include the main duo, Akane Kinoshita and Akito Yamada. Morio Asaka is directing while Yasuhiro Nakanishi is supervising the series composition and Kunihiko Hamada is illustrating character designs. A pre-screening event of the Loving Yamada at Lvl999 anime cast will be held at United Cinemas Aqua City Odaiba in Tokyo on March 25 and there will be also an advance screening of the first episode. The cast includes:
- Inori Minase as Akane Kinoshita
- Koki Uchiyama as Akito Yamada
- Natsuki Hanae as Eita Sasaki
- Ai Kakuma as Runa Sasaki
The anime is based on the manga written and drawn by Mashiro. It began its serialization on Comic Smart’s Ganma! manga website in March 2019. Mangamo licenses it in English and they describe the story as:
Recently dumped, Akane is just about to quit the game she used to play with her boyfriend, when she meets Yamada in the same RPG. Yamada in real life turns out to be somewhat of a legend. The only problem is – he is ONLY interested in the game. As Akane’s feelings grow, will Yamada’s focus stay on the game?
