Upcoming My One-Hit Kill Sister anime unveiled the second teaser trailer featuring the opening theme song on Thursday. Studio Gekko is animating the adaptation and the release date is set for sometime in 2023. The manga is running on Shogakukan’s web manga service Sunday Webry and it released the 9th compiled volume today.
TrySail, a trio of three voice actresses (Momo Asakura, Sora Amamiya, and Shiina Natsukawa), is performing the opening theme song “Karei One Turn” in the anime adaptation. The new trailer is available on the anime’s official YouTube channel below:
The story revolves around Ikusaba Asahi and his sister Maya with brother complex who happen to start their life in another world. Although it’s cliched that people receive great skills when they arrive from a different world, the protagonist didn’t. However, his sister became an overpowered character.

- Asahi Ikusaba: Yuki Sakakihara
- Maya Ikusaba: Haruka Shiraishi
- Kilmaria: Ami Koshimizu
- Sophie: Azumi Waki
- Tanya: Rio Tsuchiya
- Gloria: Sora Tokui
- Kuon: Konomi Kohara
- Siegfried: Yuma Uchiyama
My One-Hit Kill Sister anime is being produced based on the manga written by Konoe and illustrated by Kenji Taguchi.
