The official website of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out Season 2 released the preview images and trailer of episode 12 of the series. Uzaki is now banned from Sakurai’s home after throwing nonstop jokes and insults at her senpai. With Sakurai and Uzaki not on good terms, Yanagi asks Sakurai out for Christmas in front of her sister. Will Uzaki be able to handle the situation? The 12th episode of the anime airs Saturday, December 17.
Takaaki Ishiyama (Log Horizon episode 16) will be doing the storyboard for the 12th episode with Susumu Yamamoto (Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s Song- episode Director 10) as the episode’s director. Studio ENGI is producing the sequel with Kazura Miura’s direction. Masahiko Suzuki is the chief animation director while Manabu Kurihara is illustrating the character design. Aoshima Takashi is managing the scripts while Composers Satoshi Igarashi, Morita Yuri Morita, Naoki Tani, and Tatsuya Yano are handling the music. Naomi Ozora is playing Hana Uzaki with Kenji Akabane as Shinichi Sakurai.
The second season of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! TV anime is based on a manga written and illustrated by Take. NicoNico Seiga’s Dra Dra Sharp website started serializing the series in December 2017. Seven Seas Entertainment is licensing the manga in English and they describe it as:
Sakurai Shinichi’s one wish is for a little peace and quiet. But Uzaki Hana–his boisterous, well-endowed underclassman–has other plans. All she wants is to hang out and poke fun at him. With the help of her chipper charm and peppy persistence, this might just be the start of a beautiful relationship!
