Kobeni Higashiyama is the next character from Chainsaw Man to get a trailer ahead of the countdown towards the anime show’s finale. Aki Hayakawa and Himeno previously also received character trailers, and the anime will premiere its final episode on December 27. Watch the Kobeni trailer:
The anime is listed with 12 different ending theme songs, with each episode getting a new one from a different artist. This week’s episode had a song performed by QUEEN BEE titled “Violence”. Kenshi Yonezu is performing the opening theme song “KICK BACK”. The manga author Tatsuki Fujimoto also live-tweeted his reactions to the Chainsaw Man episode 11, and you can also read his messages.
Crunchyroll is streaming the anime, and they describe the story:
Denji is a young boy who works as a Devil Hunter with the “Chainsaw Devil” Pochita. One day, as he was living his miserable life trying to pay off the debt he inherited from his parents, he got betrayed and killed. As he was losing his consciousness, he made a deal with Pochita, and got resurrected as the “Chainsaw Man”: the owner of the Devil’s heart.
