Xie Tianrong, a Chinese man, is known for his marriage to Asuka from the Neon Genesis Evangelion series. According to him, he had dated a real person in the past, but their relationship didn’t go well. His doll, which is only 1.58cm tall and weighs 30kg, was designed to look exactly like the character Asuka from Evangelion.

Xie buys expensive gifts such as phones and different pretty clothes for Mochi (The Doll) so he can dress her up before taking cute couple pictures.
The doll now owns more than 20 sets of expensive clothing and 10 pairs of shoes. Xie continued: “If I can rate Mochi out of 100, I would give her 1000! “Ever since she came home and lived with me for more than a year, it was never stressful, it’s always happiness.”
Xie mentioned that his real-life girlfriends always had expectations of him, unlike Asuka who never asked for anything from him.
